Claremore lake and the surrounding area has many great outdoor activities to check out while you're in town. Claremore lake has an amazing bike trail, hiking trail and disc golf course. Check out the fantastic splash pad at Claremore Lake that is open from Memorial Day until the first Sunday in October each year. Claremore has another great splash pad located at Will Rogers Park, right outside of Roger State University. Also located at Will Rogers Park is the beautiful OSU Teaching Gardens. You can also visit the RSU nature trail and explore. Claremore has many beautiful playgrounds. There is something for everyone!
