  • How do I rent a kayak?
    We’re a book-ahead kayak rental company, so reserving your paddle is simple: Check our booking calendar to see available times. Choose the time that works best for you and book online. You can purchase single sessions or save money with a multi-session package. Booking for multiple people? Just add one session per person to your cart. After checkout, we’ll send you a link to our waiver — each participant will need to complete one before arriving. Meet us at the lake at your reserved time, and we’ll have everything ready for your adventure! Have questions? We’d love to help — call or text us at 918-800-1019.
  • What age do you have to be to kayak with us?
    Currently, you must be 18 or older to rent from Daisy Rentals. However: Ages 13+ can paddle a solo kayak as long as a guardian is present on the water. Ages 6+ can enjoy a tandem kayak with an adult (18+) paddling with them. We strive to provide a safe, family-friendly experience for the community. We also understand that every child is different! If your child doesn’t meet the listed age requirements but you believe they’re capable of kayaking safely, please reach out to us. We’re happy to talk through the options and find a way to get your family out on the water.
  • What happens if I stay out past my rental time?
    Our kayaks are booked in advance through our website, so returning late can impact the next guest’s reservation. If a kayak stays out past its scheduled rental time, an additional rental fee will be charged to the card used at booking. If you’d like extra time on the water, just message us in advance and we’ll be happy to set you up with a longer rental (subject to availability). We want you to enjoy every minute of your paddle — just let us know so we can plan accordingly!
  • Refund & Reschedule Policy
    At Daisy Rentals, we know life happens — and the weather doesn’t always cooperate! Our goal is to get you on the water whenever possible, but we also want to be fair and transparent. Rescheduling If you need to change your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. We’re happy to reschedule your paddle to another available date within the same season — no extra charge. Refunds We do not typically offer refunds. Exceptions are made in cases of: Inclement weather (lightning, unsafe wind conditions, or heavy storms) as determined by Daisy Rentals True emergencies (family or medical emergencies) If we must cancel due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you may choose between a full refund or rescheduling. Same-Day Cancellations / No-Shows Unfortunately, same-day cancellations or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. We appreciate your understanding — rescheduling helps keep our kayaks ready for adventure and ensures everyone gets their time on the water!
  • Do I have to purchase a package to rent?
    Not at all! Our packages are simply a great way to save money if you plan on making multiple bookings. If you just want to enjoy a single session, you can absolutely choose that option at checkout. Packages are optional — your kayak adventure is up to you!
